Responsibilities:
- Design and execute mutagenesis experiments to introduce specific changes in DNA sequences.
- Conduct phage display assays to identify and characterize novel protein interactions.
- Perform T cell and T cell culture experiments to investigate immune responses.
- Contribute to the design and execution of research projects in molecular biology and cell culture.
- Hands-on laboratory work, including DNA construction, cloning, and plasmid preparation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives and timelines.
- Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and present findings to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate experimental records and documentation in compliance with company guidelines.
Qualifications:
- PhD in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
- 0-5 years of post-graduate experience in a research laboratory setting.
- Hands-on experience with mutagenesis techniques and DNA construction methods.
- Proficiency in phage display assays and molecular biology techniques.
- Experience with T cell and T cell culture experiments is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot experimental procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new techniques and learn new technologies quickly.
