This position works out of Temecula, California location in AVD Vascular business unit. Their solutions are used in hospitals, laboratories, and clinics around the globe. The crucial information derived from our tests, instruments and informatics systems are often the first step in patient care decision making for hundreds of health conditions from heart attacks to blood disorders to infectious diseases and cancers. The products are also utilized by laboratory management to ensure efficiency in their operations.

Our client provides innovative, minimally invasive, and cost-effective products for treatment of vascular disease. Our extensive portfolio includes drug-eluting stents, bare metal stents, guide wires, balloon dilatation catheters, imaging catheters and software, vessel closure devices and peripheral stents.

Job Summary:

Utilize fundamental knowledge in data management and organizational skills to proficiently manage extensive amounts of information, data, or documents within organized databases, filing systems, or related reporting formats.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain substantial quantities of data, information, or documents within specified databases or filing systems.
  • Adhere to the defined shift schedule and physical requirements, including sitting, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all tasks related to data handling and documentation.
  • Utilize Excel and Word proficiently for effective data entry and management.
  • Familiarity with CMMS Maximo is a plus, showcasing adaptability and an eagerness to learn new software.

Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of data management and organization, particularly in handling large volumes of information or documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for efficient data entry and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documents.
  • Adaptability to the onsite role with the defined shift schedule and physical requirements.
  • Previous experience with CMMS Maximo is advantageous.
