A Medical Device client in Plano, TX is currently looking for an Engineer - Degreed II to work on a 12-24 months contract with the possibility of extension / Direct hire. The selected person will be working an 8 am- 5 pm Monday to Friday work schedule.
Duties: Troubleshoot, Intake calls from patience, doctors, sells reps (Call Center environment / Inbound calls)
Key Skills: Multitask, teamwork, customer service, Typing, phone etiquette, proficiency in relevant computer applications (MS Word and Excel)
Education: Bachelor's Degree - Biomedical / Mech / Elec Engineer Degree (great opportunity for new gards)
Shift Details: Rotating Shift [6am - 3 pm/ 8am 5-pm / 10am - 7pm] 2 weeks shifts
